What the study doesn't say

The report is dedicated to two new, outstanding publications from 2022-23: one on Jewish wedding ceremonies (ed. and compiler V.A. Dymshits) and the other on a biographical index of M. Beregovsky's works (ed. and compiler E.V. Khazdan). These publications are united not only by the theme of the traditional culture of Eastern European Jews, but also by a desire to capture what is usually left outside the text of the research.
